I'm a Aquarius and from my personal experiences
Best Matches for me were with: Capricorn, Aquarius, & Cancer.
Worst Matches for me: Virgo, Sagittarius, Leo, Aries, & Scorpio.
But According to Astrology
Aquarius (Jan 20 - Feb 17) Love Matches are:
Most compatible with Gemini, Libra, Aquarius
Can be good with Pisces, Aries, Sagittarius, Capricorn
A 50-50 chance with Cancer, Virgo
Doubtful with Taurus, Leo, Scorpio

Astologically speaking there is debates. Some would say the fire signs and some would say air are more compatible. For Aquarians that would be Gemini, Ares, Sagitarius, Libra, and Leo, Taurus, and Scorpio would be the worst.
The other problem is that you have moon and planetary signs that can change the chemistry. No two Leos are alike for instance and it is possible that you might find one very compatible. The best thing to do is to meet them and find out. If your signs aren't in harmony then you'll know it---regardless of the sun sign.

I'm a cancer born on the Leo cusp my boyfriend of 8 years is an Aquarius were still together :)

I am a Cancer (with a Sag. rising) and I used to get along really great with an Aquarius guy. I think it just depends on other factors in your natal charts. I find this site to be most helpful, they have a section for free samples and they are very informative.
