Would it be ok to give this to my snails in a tank where a Betta lives?

It contains the following:

Granite Grit, Oyster Shell, Calcium Carbonate, Dicalcium Phosphate, Salt, Charcoal, Mineral Oil, Orange Oil, Zinc Oxide, Manganous Oxide, Ferrous Carbonate, Copper Oxide, Calcium Iodate, and Cobalt Carbonate.

It was made for Canaries and Finches.

I wouldn't . It contains copper (toxic to inverts), phosphate (algae fertilizer), carbonates (will affect the pH), and oils (will affect oxygen/carbon dioxide exchange at the surface.

Instead, I'd try a liquid calcium supplement or small piece of cuttlebone (also made for birds). There are some vegetables that have a higher calcium content than others (collard, kale) that you could use as supplemental foods.
