Yes, when you have to break up with someone its gonna hurt them, but its better than leading them on, being dishonest, & wasting both of your time.

No, there is never a right time to hurt anyone's feelings, not even someone who might have hurt you.

I don't make it a habit, but if they are taking advantage of you then sometimes you might have to say something they don't want to hear. Real friends won't put you in such a situation to have to do this, but sometimes on rare occasions people have done things I have had to say things I know probably hurt their feelings, but it was unavoidable.I don't like it when people do that, because deep inside it hurts me to have to say anything.I always want to keep Peace.

No....you should never deliberately hurt someone's feelings but you cannot help it if they choose to feel hurt. Does that make sense?

Not in my house, she hurts my feelings everyday.And if I had somewere else to go I would pack-up and leave.

Never. But sometimes you cannot avoid it. It is OK to learn to say no and yes when we should.
