i wont watch any show that has a reverse discrimination policy. and only care about certain groups of people and whom think they have the right to edit any ones speech in America.slang has been a part of language since there ever was language.people need to stop whining over every little thing.a person who is openly gay should not be offended by a slang word which stands for a homosexual male.that's just getting a bit ridiculous i think,i mean you cannot have it both ways! you tell everyone you are gay and want to be given rights that are clearly not meant for you and then are mad because someone uses a different word that identifies you as a homosexual, give me a break!

I believe that Isiah does have a temper from time to time and hence the two arguments between Grey's Anatomy cast recently. I say the first two times would be warnings, and the third time he should receive consequences. I feel sorry for T.R, but also the rest of the homosexual community. Although he wasn't directing at ALL of the gay/lesbian community but as you said, it would be as bad as calling Isiah the "N" word. That's the society today and we can't help what has already been done.

As Dr. Burke yes I'm very sad he has to go he add such great chemistry to the show. As Isiah? No. He added tension on set and put everyone on the edge ( Or so I've heard.) My persoal opinon is the work place should be a place you feel safe in, not a place where you dread going to work and are scarred of your co-workers.

I will miss the character...but I can understand why the actor got fired. His remarks were horrible. Maybe the timing of the firing wasn't great. Hopefully they will find someone to replace his character, rather than have to create a new romance for Cristina.

I won't miss him, I've never watched the show, especially since it's on at the same time as CSI. I do know that they were wrong to fire the guy just because he spoke his mind though, but I guess you aren't allowed to do that today. I would't be too upset though, it's just a show, so don't be sad.

While I'll miss his character, Isaiah Washington deserved to be fired. He had no right to make such horrible prejudice remarks about T.R. Knight.
