In almost every state you need experience to even sit for the CPA exam. Get an accounting degree, get experience, and get your CPA, which is what will get you the higher-paying jobs (along with experience). Good luck...

Given the shortage of accountants right now, I would be very surprised if the bachelor's degree from any decent school in accounting wouldn't be effective on the job market.

Why might you want to take a valueless Accounting diploma from college of Phoenix? the school isn't AACSB-approved in Accounting. Employers have been huge-unfold to toss all pastime purposes itemizing a UoPhoenix diploma, quickly into the trash.

accountants are in demand right now but I'm not sure if professionals from that school are in demand -sorry.
