Um... let me think....

Walking: Several hours nonstop with a heavy load in the sun.
Standing and sitting.... At least 7 hours for sitting, probably a couple for standing....

The longest I've ever sat without getting up: ten hours if you count bathroom breaks (reading Harry Potter 6 all in one go)
Standing still: 5-6 hours cashier duty
Walking: that depends. Walking like you would do in a mall with frequent stops and a slow pace - probably anywhere between 4-7 hours. If you mean walking the way you would to get somewhere or hiking, at least 2-3 hours, maybe more.

Sit- 12 hours.
Stand- 8 hours. (Or probably like 10 minutes if you're talking about staying still)
Walk- 8 hours.

11 hours on a flight from greece to new york!you can't stand,and walking is limited!

how about laying down?? I had an MRI once and had to be totally still for over 45 minutes. That was really hard.
