I Will Always Love You by Dolly Parton. She wrote it and performed it WAY before Whitney Houston, who in my opinion, completely butchered the beautiful song.

I Will Always Love You is GREAT choice. When I think if this question, I think of potential wedding songs. One of my candidates would have to be "All I Ask of You" from Phantom of the Opera. It might not be very popular but it is a great love duet and just one little part of a musical masterpiece.
