How do i clear my toolbar??

the toolbar is the one at the very top of my internet page......it has all of the websites i have visited......like the exact address of every page

You want to clear History:

click Tools
cl Internet Options
Delete cookies
delete offline files
delete files
clear history
set days to store pages in history to 0

your history will clear at shutdown
