The following notes taken from Dr Edward Blick writer of about 150 scientific papers and publications.
Acording to him we need CO2 for the growth of vegetation [trees to veggies]. Also everything can be blamed on the sunspots that causes global warming only for a season of time. He also listed 15 wrong assumptions made in the movie !!! Starting this year we will have the beginning lesser sunspot activity and the decrease of the warming trend !!!
What will Al Gore say then? A new movie, eh?

Yup. Few decades ago they were trying to sell the "global freezing" thing to people. The entire thing is a ruse to get people to go "Green". Yeah, sure.

The only reason I'd drive a hybrid is for silence and as a backup incase the supply route is cut off (As a purely military application).

We need more nuclear plants, and private business can find a way to jettison the radioactive by-products into space to protect people, not animals.

And the polar ice caps may be melting, but have you taken a gander at some of the weather in other regions? They are experiencing record lows in the temp.

By the way, what kind of company completely obliterates it's profit making material? None. Only government does that. For every tree that is cut down, 5 more are planted.

Oh, the only reason that scientists agree at all with it is the money involved with the research. Just like the scientists paid by the oil guys and just like those who "believe" in evolution. It's money, not the idea.

Global warming is just the topic of the moment. My pal Al is just getting exposure to keep himself somewhat relevant. AL is the same guy that was crying global cooling a bunch of years ago. Did you see that the big meeting in Washington D.C. on global warming had to be canceled because of a blizzard? Here's my take on the whole deal -- It's a natural occurrence, and we go through 10~11 year cycles. That much is fact. It is true that plants need the CO2. I say do your part to save the trees!!

I think that Al is way overreactive to the global warming bit. It's kind of humerous.

I'll admit that I lean to the conservative side but I do agree with Al on trying to make a difference for our children. I do want to have clean water for my great grandchildren and I am worried about how much of nature is going to be left in 200 years.

Look at Los Angeles 100 years ago. What was the population? What do you think it will be 200 years from now? What do you think the trash output is going to be.

Al's way over the top but I do want a bright future for tomorrows leaders.

Al Gore has already been embarassed ten times over, enough to last a lifetime.
He is a fraud and a fool.
His science is simply his ideas, which are actually politically driven lies.
All he and other liberals care about is shoving whatever fear/crap they can down the public's throat, all while blaming everything under the sun, no pun intended, on Bush.

I am moving out of the country if Gore EVER becomes President.

I sure hope so!

We're experiencing a gradual pole shift. Check out the movie; "Absolute Zero". The movie depicts a very fast shift. But, it's similar to reality by how it begins with the chunks of ice merging into the Atlantic. It's already happening! There is now ice off the coast of South Africa and Johannesburg has 4 inches of snow!

Any day now. It's bound to happen. I am seeing more and more scientists coming out against it. I hope Congress is paying attention before they try to pass some dumb laws on global warming.

He'll have to find another soapbox to stand on to further his ambitions. I'll say it'll be . . . . cow farts / methane pollution. Any takers?

Oh yeah . . . EVERYBODY that disagrees with Al Gore and the green crowd MUST be getting payoffs from the oil companies . . . or was it Haliburton . . . .?

Riiiiiight.

I think Al Gore is being exposed as the biggest scam artist ever.

So you have ONE scientist who disagrees. He's probably a whore on the payroll of the Oil Industry. The vast majority of scientists agree with Gore, or rather, he is agreeing with them.

If you just learned that plants need CO2 you don't know enough about science to comment on this issue. Of course they do. The question is, how smart is it to pump billions and billions of ADDITIONAL tons of it into the atmosphere, while at the same time chopping down forests?
