I was watching Pay It Forward and loved the idea about whenever you help someone, ask them to help three other people in return and so on. I thought it was really nice and that's the way it should be. People shouldn't expect to alwats get something.

I feel like that too. Whenever I do a good deed for someone and I don't get thanks or get recognized, I just feel like it made me a better person.

I help just to help, not get a thanks or pat on the back.I don't need that to feel good about it, I feel good just for the fact that I helped in the first place.
