no they don't. anyone who says to me, " i'm probably the most honest guy you'll ever meet" has invariably turned out to be an awful liar. so i'm pretty leery of that sort.

Seems like most people really do think they are honest, but they are often just lying to themselves, too. The ones that are scamming you and know it are the ones I really get po'd at.

Yes. Be they my friends or neighbors or the celebrities and politicians on TV. We don't have to trust them.
