Beauty comes from the outside and more importantly, the inside. Outer beauty is usually shown by the face (especially females: ie, eyes, hair, etc.). Inner beauty is in the heart. See the fruits of the spirit.

Beauty is what beautiful have and not others.Next time you find some thing as beautiful,stop and ask yourself,what is beautiful in it and where it is the most
?.If you can answer and feel satisfied,you shall have no need to ask anybody in future.

well beauty is in the eye of the beholder! if we want to get technical all about it "beauty is the quality or aggregate of qualities in a person or thing that gives pleasure to the senses or pleasurably exalts the mind or spirit."
