Absolutely not. Bush had the golden opportunity to build alliances and cooperation with other nations when the US was attacked by Al-queda groups on 9-11. He subsequently squandered that willingness/goodwill of other nations to work with us with the poor decision to invade Iraq in spite of widespread international opposition to the US decision, and now many nations believe that the US is a rogue, arrogant nation that cares not a whit of international opinion because it is the big boy on the block.

And now when we need or want cooperation from them on other issues, many other nations will turn away from us.

It's going to take a lot of rebuilding of relationships by the next president of the United States. Condi Rice's efforts to take a more nuanced and pragmatic approach to foreign relations (as opposed to Rumsfeld's running roughshod over other nations) is a day late and a dollar short.

Yes I believe Pres Bush is doing a good job in the world showing the terrorists he is not a coward and will stand strong against the crazy islamic terrorists,I think that a leader such as Bush must be just as strong and stand firm to back the brave men and women serving over seas and show those men and women he will not leave them hanging or cut and run before the job is done .
