The Xbox 360 comes with a 1-year warranty if you bought it new. If I were you, I would send it in to Microsoft because the refurbished Xbox 360's have a better cooling system internally. Or you could try returning it to the store.

Three days old is still under manufacturer's warranty and any store selling it would exchange it for another. Did you read the paperwork that came with it, with the 1-800 number to call or the website to use?

Dont worry because its 3 days old and most stores offer a 90 day warrenty on games and console take it back and get it exchanged for a new one and your problem is solved so dont worry yourself to death anymore. You can sleep tonight. Hope this helps :)

Return it back with the receipt. If you lost your receipt, then contact (800)469-9269 or www.xbox.com/support. Call seven days a week between 6 a.m. & 10 p.m. Pacific.

My advice is to take that back and get yourself a PS3. I've had my PS3 since launch and have not had one problem. It has never froze or anything. Oh and about your question, the three red lights means your system is broken, your going to have to send it back.

xbox360s seem to have problems. I have heard lots of bad things about them breaking, and one of my friends 360s broke 2 times. My regular xbox also broke
