I refuse to drink from cans. You can't get the filth of those things. From dirty hands to storage facility chemicals and other nasty stuff.

All the time, every time. I work in production for one of the top two soda companies in the world. If you saw what I see, then you would too!! Ya gotta believe me on this one !!!

No, only if another can has busted open and the can is sticky. And I usually wipe it off with my shirt to get the dust off of it if it's gotten dusty during shipping.
I've tried to rid myself of so many paranoias, I've realized it's not the way to live. Come what may, there's a purpose. I don't need another ulcer over unnecessary stress. And I don't see this as an epidemic.
On another note, why, since this is an opinion question, and opinions have been answered as requested, does everyone that has answered No have a thumbs down? Kind of stupid rating if you ask me. (Bring on the thumbs down. ((Oh no.)) Duh.)

well, I look at it and it it is yucky, yea, but don't tell but I usually pour it into a glass. I first get it nice and cold.
well, now that I have read the other posts, your are darn right, I wil be washing those things with super hot soapy water, ooh. How could I have been so dumn?

no i poor it in a cup. but u should because it is stored in a warehouse before it goes to the stores and rats and mice and god knows what else is in that warehouse may pee on them and u can die. some lady died last month from that. so dont drink from the can poor it out into a glass or wash the top.

if it is really cruddy I would- but normally just wipe it with wet paper towel around the crease- amazing the stuff there. Was told once it consists of pesticides and animals droppings.Nice
I wipe the tops of all canned products.

Yes. and if you don't you should one day try it just to see what your putting in your body every time you drink a drink of your soda it's real nasty.

I saw another Q on this, there was an article about how dirty they are from sitting in warehouses with mouse and rat droppings and other germs around.

Hell yeah man. You don't where that can has been or what's been on it or what's been around it. If theirs no water near to rinse it then I just closely inspect it for dirt or whatever, then use my shirt to clean it

I wash any and all the cans. I worked in a grocery store! I've seen what runs and crawls across them!
