Apathy is killing this country we do nothing to stem the tide of ignorant religeons?

right......where are the protests, where are the movements, where is civil disobedience. People need to wake up. Regardless of religion. We need a new kind of Patriot, a new kind of change.

Agree with the apathy part of your statement but without hope comes despair, then things really get bad.
We are in dire straights right now but we the American public don't know this.
We will face another attack that will change everyone thinking, will we respond or fragment apart.
I think we will pull apart, along racial, political, economic fault lines.
No one wants to admit this but it is coming,look what happened after hurricane Katrina, think what would happen if one of our cities went up?
Collapsed economy, social upheaval, it will be sooner than we all think.

i agree hope is a great companion but a lousy leader but at some times it can be the other way around xx
