after u get sunburned, and your skin starts to peel, how to you prevent the "peeling skin" from spreading?
my shoulders got burned bad, started to peel, and now my arms are peeling to - because it has spread -- how do i stop this? how do i make it stop spreading???

I am a redhead and have learned about this the hard way. Use aloe Vera gel on your skin....it is cooling.....tepid baths can also help.Good luck. I stay out of the sun now.

try aloe vera gel..I get like this too because I have fair skin..it sucks

you can't stop it, just keep it well moisturized and wear cool light clothing to stay comfy
