this can usually be found behind a side panel around the seat area or under the seat. its got a bunch of fins on it for cooling.

Always give year, make, engine size and model # when asking questions.We need all of that info to give an informed answer.
Goldwings have been made for over 30 years. Different models have the rectifier in different locations.
Early models have the rectifier next to the battery (left side cover).
The newer bikes have it under the seat.
