I am sorry, but I have never seen anything turn from Chaos into order ever.

Even the evolutionists agree that DNA is the Silver Bullet for Darwin's Theories, but as always they are scrambling to shift their position YET AGAIN in order to preserve the old order.

Thanks for the great posts, I learned a lot!

It's absolutely both.

Design is in the double helix, the precise matching of hydrogen bonds between nucleic acids, the phosphate backbone, the organization of nucleic acids into promoters/operators/introns/exons. There is also extremely delicate and intricate design in the methods of replication and expression and in how errors are repaired.

However, evolution - which created DNA - is chaos. There's no direction, and it's subject to random and stochastic events. It works with what it has, so there's lots of now defunct parts of biological systems (DNA, ecosystems, organisms, etc). Further, transposons (the jumping elements) appear, as of now, to be chaotic in that they don't jump to particular spots. Mutations do occur that are not fixed by DNA repair mechanisms; such mutations can build up over time to produce a type of chaos.

DNA is an extraordinary invention of evolution. We are just beginning to understand the precise molecular manipulations involved with DNA, even though the overall processes are well known. And chaos can be considered a type of design or organization. For example, neurons initially grow with no direction. However, as an individual experiences new things, these neurons slowly develop and take on a complex web of connections. How's that for design as a product of chaos?

The scientific discoveries in the functions of DNA, its replication and repair mechanism is clearly showing intelligent design. But because atheism is the only religion that is driving the direction of science, there is that fact that science will not find what is not allowed to be found:
An intelligent creator.
In the same way as Galileo Gallilei was able to see the truth in astronomy as soon as he got rid of catholic dogmas, so will modern scientists discover the truth if they get rid of atheistic dogmas.

Maybe both. A beautiful face is supposed to be more symmetrical. A butterfly with a more symmetrical design pattern on it's wings should have a more symetrical genetic structure. But, the way a cell divides creates chaos over time. The beautiful face and butterfly degenerate into less beautifull and symetric organisms over time.

There is no chaos! only design, the structure is designed so intriguingly, its million of miles long! it can replicate into many different structures to suit the life form it was intended for! And that is not chaos! Is it? Have a good day.

You will not put me on the wrong side of a false dichotomy. DNA shows, as all organic molecules do, that it is a product of evolution by natural selection.
Bad try. Now go back to R and S.

What evolutionists agree that DNA is the " silver bullet " to evolution? Why don't you take this religious claptrap back to religion and spirituality, where it belongs.
Design?? Most of the rest of you are just ignorant!!!

I believe design is a more logical and likely explanation for the origin of the mechanism of DNA, but the alternative isn't chaos, it's an evolutionary process based on random variations.

DNA-like structures which show chaos do not replicate, so DNA, almost by definition, shows design.

DNA can be stretched out to reach the moon (one strand).Do you have any idea how much info is in one strand.
