i know that MgCO3 can be dissolved by HNO3 so how can i write an ionoc equation with these two?

MgCO3 + 2 HNO3 = Mg(NO3)2 + CO2 + H2O

It's a bit more complicated that you mention. The simple ionic equation is.....MgCO3 -> Mg+2 + CO3=. However, in water, at high acid levels, the carbonate ion is converted to dissolved CO2 in water, which can degas from solution. Then, you have a reaction like:.....
MgCO3 +2 HNO3 -> CO2 + Mg(NO3)2 + H2O
