Do you count sheep? Have a drink of water before heading back to bed? Do you read to pass time and make yourself sleepy? Or do you just lie in bed, waiting for sleep to overcome you?

We ( me and my bf ) usually watch an episode of futurama or another half hour dvd to help us get back to sleep. my bf would prefer other things but I wont say what lol

Counting sheep can make you bored and sleepy
drinking water can make you go to the bathroom and cause you to get out of the bed
Reading can make your eyes tired and make you want to close them and go to sleep!
Just sitting in the bed can make you focused on going to bed probablt wont help!
I suggest listening to soft music!Not too muck rap but like R&B!

i usually watch tv, or go on the computer or play swith my dog. something to get my mind off my thoughts, which is usually what is keeping me up in the first place. my boyfriend always smokes a little pot before bed if he cant sleep which a lot of people do, lots more people than you would imagine. but im not advocating drug use!

take a sleeping pill. I have a box but i only take them when i really need them and i have been laying in bed for like 2 hours

i used to just drink jack daniels till i passed out.
now i read the bible till i pass out.i feel much better in the mornings now!
