You've got a lot of good ones already, and I may accidently repeat some of them, but here goes:
Mega Death
Rob/White Zombie
Disturbed
Slipknot
Metallica (old)
Bush
Deftones
Breaking Benjamin
Godsmack
Tool
Staind
Marilyn Manson
P.O.D.
Crossfade
Seether
Tangerine Dream
Lacuna Coil
Switchblade Symphony
Alice In Chains
Chevelle
Velvet Revolver
Korn
NIN (Nine Inch Nails)
Hinder
Def Lepard
Orbital (sorta)
Some are considered more Alt Rock or more Tech Rock, but they fit the bill.

Zepplen, AudioSlave, Nirvana, Rob Zombie, Great White, Sound Garden, BLS/Zakk Wylde,
It really just is a matter of opion what 'hard rock' is....everyone has a different idea of what they think it is....at the time Deep Purple was coming up they would have been considered hard rock.

You have some really good bands in your previous answers but I'd just like to add Motörhead. Slash is also pretty good when it's kind of him leading the other guys back in his GNR days, he has some great stuff that you can YouTube.
