Just curious....the other day at the park i fell and was hurt badly ...their was this Christian Life Fest going on...and the Police officers were playing against the Fire department (baseball)....i was on the ground ankle twisted abrasion and bleeding...and no one even stopped just to see if i was okay...it suprised me cause i would have stopped for someone else in a heartbeat...but what about you

Thank you..for your kind words...i will help someone who needs my help....i always help the little old ladies at the stores find the things they need....they have me reading ingrediants to them and everything!..but i don't mind they make me smile.

Yes, I was in Singapore for three months on business. Alone, I went to a place called China Town, strangely. An older man tripped on the sidewalk and fell to the ground. I ran to pick him up. I saw others stare at me. He held my hand and did say thank you in English. The others looking on then smiled. For some reason, I almost cried at his thankfulness. It was in his eyes. This was ten years ago. It still hits me pretty hard even today, not what I did but his thankfulness.

I would definitely stop and ask if the person was ok and I have actually done that in the past. After all if I was in that position, I would want someone to at least ask if I was ok. Once I was going through the drive through at a local Burger King and one of the workers was walking outside next to the building and she tripped on something and fell. So I got out of the car and asked if she was ok - thankfully she turned out to be ok but just took a couple of minutes before she could get back up.

Yes I would. I'm surprised too and I'm saddened to hear. I've helped people in the past when they've tripped. Just because no one helped you don't let that effect you the next time it's your turn to help someone out. Good karma is a good thing. ^^

If it was obvious that they were hurt I would in a second. On the other hand if they fell jumped up and looked around to see if anyone saw them (you now that embarrassed thing we have all done), I would act like I saw nothing!!
