There are actually lots and lots of Koreans in the Phillipines studying English. Try going to the website 'Dave's ESL Cafe' it has tons of job listings and general info for ESL teachers.

Try Tenafly International American School, located at Dongwang Ode County Building, C. M. Recto Highway, Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga (Angeles City), Philippines. I'm now teaching ESL there to young Koreans. You could contact me for particulars. What's your nationality? Are you an American? There are a number of American teachers in this school. Clark-Angeles is just about two hours by bus from Manila.

I don't really think there are many Koreans in the Phillipines. Try another country.
