I am more afraid of Death than Public Speaking, I got over the fear of public speaking when i was 13, and in grade 8.

Neither- really. You know, when I was in college I was afraid of public speaking until I took a class. That taught me a lot. Then I became a teacher so I couldn't be afraid of it-that would be impossible. Death is not a big fear for me. Of course, I hope it is not painful. But I know I will go when my time comes and my heart is ready for it. I will be with the ultimate Father so why worry????

Honestly I happen to be one of the few that are afraid of neither. Working as a paramedic helped me to except death, especially unexpected death as a true reality, facing it most everyday no longer allowed me to push the subject away from my thoughts. I love public speaking, as I get so much validation on the subject in which I am asked to speak about.

Death. My job calls for periodic public speaking. I don't get to practice death.
