I would say Pete Rose and the Black Sox. I would not Bonds on this list because he is not a cheater. If he ever fails a drug test than maybe but you think if he ever did faila test that a lot of people would use the Lance Armstrong issue that his tests were tampered with. All of you people who hate Bonds dont realize if that ever happens and it wont that there is going to be an even bigger scandel than there is now, and those of us that love baseball will see it fall even further out of public favor. So for those of you idiots that call yourself baseball fans and want to see Bonds go down in flames think about what it is going to do to the sport that we all love. Letr Barry have his and set the mark, let him restore some glory to our sport and heal some of its black eyes and bruises rather than calling him a liar and cheat.

For people who said that Barry Bonds is a cheater you better think twice.

He was never tested positive, he was just connected to steroid because he's trainer was the one guilty of steroid not Barry Bonds.

He is great player and always will. With all the controversy surrounding him he is still a good man and very humble, he always speak his mind and people can't handle that.

If he is guilty of steroid why is he still playing? There is a lot of people in MLB who are jealous of Barry's career and will go to great lengths to discredit him.

He is innocent until proven guilty.

For me the biggest cheater is Commissioner Allan H. "Bud" Selig.

He's not only a cheater but he also steal money.

Pete Rose gets the dubious nod from me.
In 1989, He admitted to Bart Giamatti that he gambled on games yet lied to the public about it for, what(?), FIFTEEN YEARS !!!

Then after admitting it in his book; he has the nerve to think his confession changes anything. Talk about not "getting it".

Re: Bonds
One of the sad truths regarding Barry is his phony pretense of not knowing about a product he admits using.

Here is another legal expression we use in this country: "Ignorance of the law is no excuse".
