I am not asking for the meaning in the dictionary. I want to know your opinions. I mean does it seem like a game. Or like ure the only one living? or does it feel like digimon or pokemon where you are the chosen one? or do u just hate it? Do u still love it? Would you prefer living than to be not born in this world at all?

The purpose of life is for us to learn life's lessons. I think we keep coming back until we get it right and figure out what God's plan for us really is. Look at your life to see if you see any recurrent themes. There- in lies your clue.

Imho...

Not a very religious person, but it's always seemed to me that life is God's little test for what lies beyond. By that token, all the tribulations and troubles would be tests of strength, character and faith.

Despite all the troubles and woes and what-not, if given the choice to be born or not, I'd still have to go with the being born. :)

Meaning and purpose and self worth are tied together. We have real meaning when we fulfill our real purpose and that gives our lives real worth.

“Unless you assume a God, the question of life’s purpose is meaningless.” –Bertrand Russell (20th century philosopher, Nobel Laureate, mathematician and atheist)

Without God, all we can do is seek meaningless feelings, i.e. I do this or that because it makes me feel good. A slave to chasing good feelings. Not much of a purpose there.

But if we are created beings, then our need for purpose and meaning and worth must have been placed in our brains by our Creator in order to point us to seek Him.

So our choice is to seek our Creator (not even knowing whether He exists or not) or to spend our lives deceiving ourselves into thinking we have purpose while chasing meaningless good feelings.

i don't know..i'm just living it.. and.. i don't know.. i think what I look for in live is to be happy, i don't mean like getting a present happy, but eternal happiness. content.

there are times i feel so miserable, but if i rethink about it, i'm pretty lucky myself, there are so many other people who cant even dream having what i have. but then.. who the hell am I to take the world as my burden.. so I just wanna be happy.

Life is our one shot deal, our chance to learn about the world, people, and so many other things. It's about learning from our mistakes, and sharing what we've learned with others.
