Why is it that whenever I right [write] a question here about politics, the Libs give me these cocky answers about how smart they are?
It [missing apostrophe] s like they think we aren't educated. That's they're [their] problem though.
Weather [whether] they like it or not, Bush is our president, and he didn't get there just by being stupid. Just the fact that he's in office means he's the write [right] guy for the job. Otherwise he wouldn't be there!

Hey I don't have to fight in Iraq! Why do you Lefty Ladies always use that as a quip?
Fact is I support the war in Iraq because their's [there's] lots of oil there and they had a horrible dictator controlling they're [their] country.
Precisely because I'm a free American, I don't have to fight in Iraq. Does Bush fight in Iraq? No! He SUPPORTS the war. So do I. Soldiers fight over their [there].
Again, the Ladies are giving answers hear [here] that don't make any sense, trying to fake that their [they're] more educated than our President.
He graduated from Yale! Like any of you could do that?>
Okay, so I count ten spelling errors in your very brief post. Maybe that's why we think we're smarter than you.
As for whose President your man Bush is, he's definitely not mine. I am only willing to recognize people who are elected, not appointed to that office, and only when the elections are fair, which the last one definitely was not. As for graduating from Yale, yes, any of us could have done that - with Georgie's legacy behind us.You really imagine that he got where he is by hard work, don't you? What beguiling naivete.

First, you clearly are either uneducated or developmentally challenged in some way. We can tell that because your spelling and grammar are so abysmally bad.
In your first sentence, it's "write" rather than "right"
It's "their" rather than "they're"
It's "Whether" rather than "Weather"
And in your next-to-last sentence, it's "right" rather than "write."
So please get an education before you accuse people of responding to you as though you seem uneducated. Please.
Then we must say that it seems a chronic and ubiquitous error on the part of political conservatives in the arena of discussion that you must complain that liberals act as though we think we are smarter than conservatives. I'm sorry, but there is no way around that; it's a law of nature.
By definition, knowledge makes a person more liberal and progressive minded; that is, the more a person knows about the world and its situation, the more inclusive, egalitarian, generous, and progressive that person will become.
So you're right. Liberals are smarter and better educated than conservatives, and you can't change that. A conservative makes a better smart-Aleck, as, for example, Karl Rove or Ann Coulter, but that does not mean that they really know anything or hold valid arguments.
Finally, I am sorry to say, Bush is in office only and precisely because he is so stupid--that's what the conservative political machine needed at the time. What basic truth do you think causes the person in office to somehow automatically be the right person for the job? Have you really thought about that?
There is no evidence in history or social structures to suggest that the electoral process is particularly accurate. Just ask Richard Nixon.

Well now, I must say my good fellow, I am so smart that the IQ scale does not level off high enough for my brain to register. Oh yes, I am the smartest of the smart and on top of that, I am smart. In fact, I wrote the book on smarts. There is no one and can never be anyone as smart as me. And. I am a liberal through and through. Good Bye now. Yes, I am a graduate from all the great schools, Yell, Harvund, Oklihomer State, Mti, Mass, and lets not forget Podunk U.

All elected American governmental officials are open to criticism by the American citizenry. It is a citizen's responsibility to question and criticize our President when, in that citizen's opinion, the President's actions are not in the best interest of our country. To abnegate that responsibility is to show slavish obsequity to an elected official and will encourage fascistic despotism. Hitler and Stalin expected unswerving piety because they were unanswerable to an electorate. George W. Bush IS answerable to an electorate and to believe otherwise is EXTREMELY unAmerican and unpatriotic.

plain and simple, you're an idiot.
Aside from the stupidity of your question in general, there is quite a bit of irony in asking "why do all these libs think they are so smart" while simultaneously making five huge gramatical errors.
1 - in your headline sentence, "there" should be "they're"
2 - in your first sentence, "right" should be "write"
3 - in your third sentence, "they're" should be "their"
4 - in your fourth sentence, "Weather" should be "Whether"
5 - in your fifth sentence, "write" should be "right"
obviously, i'm bored by responding to such a stupid post.
Hopefully, you're just having fun with Yahoo Answers and are posting this in fun.
If not, you shouldn't be allowed to vote.

Well, sugarpuss, lots of us appear to be smart on here - because we are.....
And, we can spell, too....and most of us would know that "write" refers to putting pen to paper or fingers to keyboard - and "right" is something else altogether -
We know that "weather" is a phenomenon that can be snow, rain or sunny days.....whether you believe it or not.
We also know that "they're" refers to "they are" and is not possessive. --- And that President is capitalized....
I agree that Bush didn't become President just because he is stupid..... He became President because stupid people believed his lies and voted for him....then the Supreme Court sat him on his throne.
As to being a smart liberal???? Well, I'm not TOTALLY liberal.... but I am TOTALLY smart.

agreed, Bush got there by voters being stupid
I don't agree that he is the "write" guy for the job though
Kerry wasn't the right guy either, but I think we made a mistake by not electing Al Gore.
