If you mean the government takes care of them, I'd guess some Northern European countries like Sweden, Denmark, Germany, and Holland,
If you mean which people care more about elderly and take care of their parents and grandparents themselves, I think the hispanic cultures seem to care a lot about theirs.
And like the other answerer said Asia, but probably anywhere treats them better than here, if you're not talking about govt. assistance.

I would have to say the Italians. Something about the way they feel about family. I have had many of friends from all walks of life in the Italian culture and they will take of their family no matter the circumstance.

It ain't the U.S., Honey.
So far as I know, it might be Ireland. They subsidize EVERYthing for the elderly, utilities, phones, right down to cable television!
