As a sports card and autograph seller, It depends if the card is certafied you can get a couple of bucks if not probably about ten and once the card is signed the value of the card is irrelavent, I know a guy that has a Mantle rookis signed and certafied but the value of it now is about $1,000 less than it would be not autographed

It would depend on the specific card, the condition of the card, the condition of the signature (and any special notations), and the authenticity of the signature... but Rose is still alive and signs everything in sight, so while there's demand, there's also a bottomless supply. Rose graphs tend to go for $40-60 on the open market, more if the signature is professionally authenticated and the card graded. (Dealers of course charge more.)
