Good God man! Does she need to undress and sit in your lap! I can hear the signals from here! I have dated younger men since 20 years ago when I was late 20's. It wasn't even spoken of then! Now we have NAMES! Like Cougars! My last relationship lasted quite a few years and was with someone 16 years younger, NO COMPLAINTS! but I did get a marriage proposal. She is OBVIOUSLY putting the interest right out there, if you are interested give it a go! It can be VERY nice and amazingly fun and interesting! It may turn out to be something quite great! I am STILL in touch with my very first younger man (he was 20, I was 27) and he STILL says he misses me and would take me back in a heartbeat. If nothing else, some very lovely memories!

Why not? Men would do this to a younger woman so what's the difference? If you don't like it, just tell her hands off! Tell her you want help in professional way only. If you like this then why even ask. Accept her attentions and follow through.

Hmm, what do you consider older? I'm 40. If I were not happily married, I would probably go for either a younger or older guy. It all depends on the personality and if he was able to keep up with me!

This woman's behavior is inappropriate, and it can end up adversely affecting you on your job, or costing you your job altogether. Try to put it gently and firmly that you would rather keep the relationship on a strictly professional basis, and no physical contact.
On your part, do nothing to encourage her, and everything to make her understand, through words, actions, and body language, that you do not share her affections. Remain at arm's length with her, keep your distance, don't see her or talk to her unless you have to, and that any conversations are strictly about business.

It depends how much younger! It could be a motherly like feeling. You may remind her of one of her children and feel the need to help you and hug you, like a mother would a child.
If she is not THAT MUCH older than you, I would say that she is sooooo flirting with you. If you like her too, flirt back. It's fun!!

Really,,, it does sound a bit like she may want your young body.. but leave it as it is.. !!!
if she wants you,, make her ask for it... that way you will know for sure...
just enjoy the friendship for the time being.. don't go making something out of nothing...

haha...I'm over 40 and I love these 30 year old women thinking that they are young...age is relative! I feel young at 43, and look pretty young too.
Well...don't jump to any conclusions, but if you are interested, touch her a few times to see how she reacts.

She may just be the touchy feely type. Be careful with a co-worker. If you're interested, ask her to lunch or something "safe" until you're sure of her feelings.

Definitely..they are showing you via body language they are attracted to you. To invade someone's personal space without invitation is a very intimate act.
