I would either take out ants or jellyfish.
Ants think they can take over the world & i hate it when they bite & jellyfishes have no purpose to be here they just sting.

I wouldn't remove anything from this earth. Everyone has a right to be living here as much as I do. That's cruel. Besides, in 1961, Green Fluorescent Protein was discovered in the jellyfish Aequorea victoria by scientists studying bioluminescence. This protein has since become one of the most useful tools in biology. Everything does have a purpose. Jellyfish feed on the same small nutrients that small fish do. If there aren't enough fish, the jellyfish move in and it keeps nature's cycle in tact. Everything has a reason for being here.

If you'll allow more specification, I would say the extremists, the self-centered lot, the ones who feel no guilt in causing others' hurt and certainly the inhumane lot who are actually agreeable to war! Without this lot of homo sapien, earth will be a more pleasant and safe place to live.
Honestly, the world without the highly intelligient, such highly adaptable humans, all other creatures on earth will have a more peaceful and natural lifestyle. Without us, being such god-ly figures in manipulating earth and the manificient creatures, in the first place, there would not be the need to combat global warming, save endangered species and the tendency of having this world driven by pure materialism.
Sadly, many abused the intelligence we are given. Many more just followed ignorantly thinking that it does not matter since the greater destruction isn't going to be faced by one in his life time.
So, if we want to take out the most dangerous species, sad to say, the answer is ... you know.

The grass hopper ant. It has a deadly poisen that can kill a full grown man with 5 minutes and bites anything that moves alot.
