Life is only as important as you make it friend. I personally find helping others benefits my daily attitude and gives me something to look forward to with purpose. Find something you love and do it. Be creative! You dont have to slog through each day doing rote activities because society says thats what you "should" be doing. Tons of options on how to live your daily life. I guess I don't concern myself with being remembered so much as I do living honorably and respecting others. I wish all the best to you as you explore the truly endless paths that await you.

Hope. Hope for a better future for generations to come. By making the best use of each day and doing what we can to live in harmony with our fellow man and nature we are "contributing" toward the continuum of mankind. Because our lives will end physically as an entity on earth is no reason to just "observe" the parade of life. Jump on and take a ride!!

For the preservation of our future. In the end that is all we have... if the people several centuries had that though, do you think we would be here, enjoying the modern convinces we have today. You also have to start thinking more selfishly, don't do something because it's for someone else all the time, do things that make you happy.

Change your priorities.
Live life to it's fullest for your own sake, not for someone elses.
Compare it to the philosophy that the truest act of charity is one that is done without anyone else knowing you did it. Ony living life well for it's own sake, regardless of what becomes immemorable, is the best good thing you can do for yourself.

We are all building blocks or sledge hammers but life does go on and comtinue it will with or without us but what can we add, we're just blocks to help another and hopefully we get some enjoyment out of our life sentence.

People can live with despair and death only as long as there is still hope in the world. Hope in that they will be remembered. Hope that there will be a tomorrow. Without hope all is lost.

i like to see what I'm capable of doing. so far i haven't accomplished anything because i have the same attitude you have. i dont see a point of it after awhile.
still, there is this little part of me that wants to do something great. i just cant find the motivation i need to actually succeed.

because in the game of life, you have to reach your finish line, thus you always have to move forth, and that because in the game of life, there is no going backs, you can only turn back to see the view of where you'd been... but then those view always leads you to move forth till you reach your end...

Sorrow and sadness are difficult states. They are even greater burdens when they are felt for the self.
