No he doesn't.

He started of having a bad season, was hurt for a while, and isn't putting up numbers even close to what he did last year.

Granted he deserves it more than Dmitri Young, but hey, there is some stupid rule that say all teams have to be represented, so.....

Anyway, there are a lot more players that have more of a right to complain than Howard. Guys like Orlando Cabrera and Edgar Renteria.

I'm a huge Phillies fan for the last 35+ years, and this year, I'd have to say no. He is having a good year, but Fielder is having a better year so far. I think Fielder will taper off and Howard will get hot and end up having a better year than The Prince.

Plus the NL has Fielder, Pujols, Lee, and Young. How many 1Bs do the NL need
