Well, what kind of girl is she? Is she the girly girl who likes boys, make-up and the color pink and fancy clothes or the more boyish girl who likes sports, loosefitting clothes worn more for comfort than how they look, dont care about boys and make-up?
If she´s in the first category you should go with a nice necklace with her favorite animal or a stone in her favorite color and maybe a pair of earrings to go with.
If she´s in the second category ( like me lol) maybe you should go with a necklace meant for guys as in: leather band instead of a chain and a pendant in stainless steel or silver with tribalpattern or dragons ( I love dragons lol).

Easy...if she dont have one..iPod, cell phone...Gift cards to her favorite store, a mall certificate, movie tickets, driving lessons..or your permission to do something you said she couldnt do previously because of her age...

well when i turn 15 my mom promised me a cruise and damit i never got it lol but she might like it ... its a gift for her and you nothing like mother and daughter bonding
