Oh go ahead and take the cab and go. You will get the cake, plus there are probably a few other things that you need at Wal-Mart that are easier to get with a cab rather than hauling them by bus.

This is going to sound crazy and you will probably hate me for it but it was so weird I had to tell you. I live, seriously, within walking distance (about 5 min) from Walmart and I just ate some homemade chocolate cake. Go for it! Maybe it is a sign or something.

wait for the bus, the cab fare will be way too much, by the time, you get through the parking lot to the front door, you would have spent as much as you could have both ways
