I don't think he intentionally murdered her, but he still should have been charged with manslaughter or something. He got off scot-free because of his money and who he was. If he had been some ordinary Joe he wouldn't have been so lucky.

No. I think he murdered the girl because he was running for Congress and about to do the nasty with a young volunteer. Not only would have that come out, but it would have surfaced, no pun intended, that he crashed the car into the water because he was driving while intoxicated. He such a selfish, arrogant jerk!

Only he knows what happened for sure and he's not talking. He probably had impaired driving and judgment. I think he is the liberal son of a man who made a deal with the devil and lost.

you're a moron and about forty years out of date. Senator Kennedy is a good representative. (I don't like the Immigration Bill). But I've voted for him several times.
If he runs again, he's got my vote !

No. I think he was drunk and ran the car off the road. He did not have sense about himself to get help. He had to sleep it off. He should have been charged with vehicular manslaughter.

I guess his brain just shut down and he panicked. Just like he does in the senate.

Nope, he was drunk and made a mistake. Someone with his funds could keep it somewhat quite without violence.
