It seems that way. She's doing the same as she becomes more popular. More hip-hop style with some some sexy 'promiscuous' lyrics in her songs.

I really like Nelly - always have since I saw her in the fall of 2000 promoting "Whoa, Nelly" and in Moby's Area:One tour the following year. She is a true musician and, contrary to unpopular belief, has Stefani's passion for music. She's been involved in it her whole live and has quite a spark to her in concert. I'm really not a big fan of "Promiscuous", because too many really young girls learned a new word this year - not a great lesson to be preaching. (I'm not a prude, but that song was marketed across the board and the message is really not suited to the really young side of the spectrum, in my opinion). But Nelly does have talent and fire inside to spread her gift of music, just as Gwen has.

PSCH! I think someones on drugs!:P....

No way is Nelly Furtado becoming the next Gwen Stefani.....Gwen is still young hip and fresh along with Nelly. They are equally talented and both have a unique sence of fashion. I just consider Nelly becoming a more popular artist while Gwen still stay in:)
