It's by Prestige and it's sold at Walgreens...it's the smoothest I've found....and I wear Mac, Benefit, Lorac and Nars...and still, Prestige is the smoothest pencil I've ever used.

If you are looking for a good inexpensive eyeliner, I would suggest Almay. It works great. If you don't mind spending some money, MAC's kohl pencils (color:smolder) works excellent. It goes on very smoothly and it stays put all day. As for liquid, I suggest Revlon Colorstay which is easy to apply and stays all day.

neither!!! grab the brush from your liquid eyeliner & rinse it with water then mix a drop (tiny drop) of water with whatever colour eye shadow and apply as you would liquid eyeliner- comes off with a perfect pencil finish, but won't clump or go peely like liquid eyeliner. the brush will give you so much more control over line thickness etc than a pencil will- it's really the best of both worlds

i dont have a specific brand, i normally use Revlon for both. They work really well. Liquid will make the line look more black just because it goes on wet and stuff. Both look really well though and they both go on pretty smoothly. But i wouldnt use a real pencil because they are hard to use because of splinters and stuff. Use the stick thing that you have to twist to make the eye liner come out (i hope that made since)

Hi Emma!
I agree with Michelle C. Mac's Eye Kohl pencil is a great eyeliner. It has a thick consistency in which it stays put but doesnt spread everywhere. Its really smooth and glides on nicely. Give it a try, its around $14 I think but its worth it.

All depends on what stays best on your skin type. I find liquid to smear & wear off sooner on myself. I use a plain old soft pencil liner & it stays fine all day. You'll have to try both & just see what application works better w/your skin type. And, I don't care what make the pencil is, as long as it's soft & goes on easily. I also agree the "twist" pencil is better than the ones you have to sharpen.

hi, Amber. respiratory on it relatively softens it up. I actual have additionally consistently chanced on working the pencil around the decrease back of my hand till now I try to use it eliminates any harder pencil and delivers some effective, sparkling, mushy pencil to paintings with. Are you making confident you're pulling your eyelid taught? that usually helps me prepare eyeliner - having a gentle base on which to paintings. For lining your perfect lashes, positioned your finger on the nook of your eye and push the exterior in direction of your ear. this might desire to close your eye and create a gentle line by the lashes. to your decrease lashes, positioned your finger below your eye and pull the exterior gently down - this has a matching effect, coming up a gentle base on which to prepare your eyeliner.
