It's hard for me to put on weight. Once I lose it I can't get it back. This happen to me while I was PG with my daughter. Then with my son I almost got sick cause I couldn't gain. I battle to eat enough daily so I don't lose more

It's not easy to put weight on, it's just more fun. If you gain 5kg's in a month, it'll take about that long to lose it too. It seems like it takes aaaaages to lose because you have to try so hard, but to gain, you just eat and sit on your bum! (Trust me, i put on 10kg in 4 months, now i gotta lose it!)

I think it's definitely harder for people to lose weight, but staying at the same weight has been very easy for me. My brother also had a problem with his appetite and he had to take a sort of medicine to get hungrier.

Eventually when the virus is in full remission then you should regain your appetite. It depends on your metabolism, diet and exercise on the weight loss and gain.

I used to be like that when I was a teen but now slowly I'm having the opposite problem.

Actually for me it's the opposite way. It's easier for me to gain weight and harder for me to lose weight. Aww I'm sorry to hear that you were sick and I'm glad to hear that you are better. :-)
