The things that come from the bottom of our heart are the things that should only be said once, so as not to make them seem ordinary because we feel they are'nt? Do you think people often see the profoundness of things that we entitle "from the bottom of my heart"?

Are things that are said from the top of our heart cliche sayings that we share so we don't have to take chances with the things we truly feel?

Just somethin I was thinkin about...maybe I think too much♥

I think your right, although I've never thought of it that way. I just say it without thinking what it means.

No.The expression 'from the bottom of my heart' is generally used when someone is trying to emphasize that they don't feel that way too often.
