Do the veterans have civil rights or civil liberties? Dont you think they should be given freedom of speech to speak out their mind regarding war in Iraq since they are publicly opposing the war?

They have rights but not the same as a civilian, especially in legal processes.

As volunteers, they are in a difficult position regarding demanding their rights.

But I do agree, no soldiers of a free nation should be treated like slaves and none should be expected to obey unlawful orders.

Most often, soldiers who get real ornery are just kicked out anyway, not jailed for their views.

If you are referring to "veterans" as being civilians then my answer is NO. The government and the armed forces they served in do not have the right to restrict what they can say.
If you are referring to "veterans" as currently serving soldiers, then YES. Although I disagree with the idea of a lack of "Freedom of Speech", I realise that the military does have the legal right to restrict what they can say, especially if it is critical of the government, or the military.
