I can feel spirits, any one see the same?

ever since my baby cousin died in 92' (I was 12), I can feel a spirit around me. I can feel whether they are powerful, happy, evil, or just meloncholy. I have always believed in the "supernatural" or mystical and I actually enjoy being able to connect with a spirit when they are around me. My other cousin was killed in 01 and I feel her very powerful and firery spirit around me all the time along with others. I love my gift. I also have a small sense of foresight. Anyone else? Can you tell me how to harnis my gift?

Sweety, first of all, I am far from a Christian. I am what you would call Spiritual.
Why is it that when someone says they see the world at a different angle, Christians call it evil?
I know what I feel, I do not harness anything evil, I cast it away.
Also, I have people on my side fighting for me, keeping those demons way.
I believe in the word of the Bible, the Koran, El's Torah as words of guidence. A way to see how "wiser" ones would have a take on it.
If I have a gift, it is something given to me by that who created us, whatever his name is, and I am going appreciate.

These gifts are very powerful on are not always as pleasant as your are currently experiencing.

I have had the gift of communing with spirits since I was a child (as does my daughter), I also have experienced various other aspects of ESP such as foresight (precognition - to see an event before it happens) and hindsight (the ability to sense an event from the energy left behind).

You say you wish to harness your abilities, I suggest you start with simply practicing meditation on a daily basis. Then I would move into connecting with your Guide (spiritual teacher) as some energies you will encounter may be stronger than you and not all entities are nice, in just the same way that not all people are nice. Form there I suggest developing your 'sixth' sense through exercises such as visualisation.

There are so many different ways to "harness" these gifts and each persons ability and way of connecting are slightly different so what works for one person may not work for another. There are many internet sites that deal with development of ESP and other 'powers', however do NOT get involved with any that claim you need to pay for their services as any such 'organisation' or person is only in it for the money not for the good it can do humanity.

Your gift is a very special one. There are many people that would love to have your ability. The fact that it is your loved ones surrounding you is definitely a good sign. How to harness your power really depends on what you would like to do with it. That's something to think about...

Would you want to strengthen it or just control it? Would you want to communicate with the spirits? Ask around in your extended family... I'll bet at least one living person in your blood line has this gift. It seems to be somewhat hereditary. Maybe someone can give you some pointers. The biggest thing is to not fear your ability. You seem to have that part taken care of.

I suggest researching it. Also meditation will help. Try actually using your gift. If you can learn to control it, that's the first step in strengthening it. Also try and make note of when you feel the spirits most. There could be a connection there as well.

Yeah... I have a somewhat similar gift... My version of it is that I can (often) feel if something is gonna happen. It's like someone or something is whispering to me, keeping me out of danger. I also sense powerful elemental spirits... most often I feel the presence of wind elementals. I also sometimes see spirits. I have a "medium" friend that often helps me control my gifts. Heck, I've learned how to control it (to some extent) like summoning a breeze whenever I'm outside the house and feel hot. The thing is, when you learn how to harness it, DON'T ABUSE IT. Don't use forsight to predict lottery results and stuff. Don't use the power to take a peek at your sweetheart's body... And if you can help it, don't use it to make money. You do that, and that gift you so worked hard to control will go POOF!!! No more gift!!!

Friend, do not attempt to harness any of this you speak of, do not attempt to deal with such areas of the spirit world, this is not play and what you feel around you is not some little sweet spirit hanging around to give you sweet powers, this is evil and if you are not fearing, or desiring for it to go then it knows you are a candidate for being a host. Evil is not going to let you run the show, you will not be in control. Go to the Lord in prayer, talk to him, get your Bible and read, I promise the feeling around you will change, it will be angry, but then you will know your direction is for the better. Please friend, do not be pulled in, you obviously have no idea what you are dealing with....go to the Lord...be blessed, and I pray that the Lord stop this evil in its tracks against you by His power and for His glory in Jesus name......

Yes. Although I'm not sure if they are spirits. An energy maybe.....There has only been one time that my brother and I were so scared we couldn't let go of each other....I had to keep my hand on him through the night...most of the time we will tell each other if one of us feel something because my mother also has this gift, it is pretty unusual.

i have the gift as well! Spirits can talk through me and have done so many times. i have learned to harness my power though i am not very good at it. i can see and feel spirits. my advice, since i have had this power since i was born in 95', wait for your time, you will slowly learn how to control your power. just wait. trust me.
