It's a little bit of a quandary... the only show that I watch and would cancel things to see was Mythbusters. But then I started going to the local bingo each week, and they fell on the same night at around the same time. I was so distraught!
Luckily, Discovery airs the new episode of Mythbusters twice on Wednesday nights, so I get to see it after bingo.

I have too many that can fit that description, which is why I use a DVR. But I think my all time favorite would have to be Instant Star. Canadian TV is a weekness of mine

When the O.C. was still on, I watched that EVERY thursday, but since then, i've been watching Hannah Montana on The Disney Channel.
