ive been wearing it always since april 9th.when till only 12 weas.then im my sleep?

If you are talking about a RETAINER for your teeth, you wear it as your doctor instructed you to, so until he says its ok not to wear it, then I'd wear it.

I wore braces for 2 years. I now have a removeable retainer and I have been wearing it for 10 years. I was told to wear it every night or my teeth with shift back. My cousin actually had braces for 4 years. She had head gear and everything. She wore her retainer for a couple years then stopped and her teeth are now back to the way they where before she had braces. Sad all that wasted time and pain to just go back to were you stared. I would just wear it every night. Or not wear it for a week then put it back in. If your retainer is tight then you know you should wear it often.

I had braces for about 2 1/2 years, and then wore a retainer for at least a year.

You need to wear it for as long as possible. Once you take it out completely, even if it's been a few months, your teeth will shift. Talk to your orthodontist and find out what he wants you to do.

have you considered asking the office that you make all of your payments to? That probably be you best answer.
