Triumph Limoges white gold 22k Imperial Victorian-T Made for Farberware Silver & porcelian platter. need info.

Center is porcelian with a bowl of fruits trimmed in white golds. Silver handles and 6 flowers on the silver. anvil stamp on back saying BYLYN.NY( can't make out first letters last letters are (---ought Farberware)
