Can you buy just the rubber bands for a plastic rocking horse?

I was given one of those plastic rocking horses for my 2 year old and the rubber bands are about worn out and I need to know if you can just buybthose instead of a whole new horse. If so could someone let me know where?

Rubber? Not Springs?
You may try a Hardware store, but, this about all I would know. Take an old one with you to show them what you need.
