As Aristotle once said,
"I think...therefore I am."
You've got to know that since you are able to think and feel, that you must BE. In order for somebody to 'create' you, they would have to think too. And if they 'thought' you up, then they exist. So since you are able to think....you exist.
Hard to explain.. =/ but I tried.

First two questions come to mind: How is your nutrition and do you use any medications (or alcohol or excessive caffeine)?
Frankly, the thoughts themselves sound like good ole philosophical thought, but the fact that it is effecting you emotionally makes me think more of light-headedness - like when someone takes cold medicine or just gets off the treadmill or has a caffeine buzz - I'm sure that other medications or even some drugs might give the same effect, but I don't have any experience with them. When you try to rationalize it, you might be able to come up with the 'not real' thought. The more it occurs, the more it perpetuates itself.
Before looking at therapy, I'd get a good old fashioned medical check up. Also, look at when you actually are getting these thoughts. You might be able to find a pattern, particularly if you write down where you are, what you are doing, what you might have had to eat or drink beforehand, etc.

Sweety dont worry, this is so normal
This dude named Decarte, he was on a simalar track... he's a Frech philosopher, he came up with the little phrase: "I think therefore i am"
Basically, nothing exists except the thoughts in your head, and everything you think is real, from your own body to the objects around you to the people around you, could just be thoughts in your head, the way i understand him is: it is totally possible that nothing is real, everything we know are just thoughts that we have convinced ourselves are reality... i know this isnt exactly your problem, but i did say he was on a simalar track
I'm sorry i dont know how to make you feel better, i just know its such a waste of energy to feel miserable in the first place. So what if your not really alive, so what if someone else made you up, what does this mean ayway, what diff would it make if you were real or imaginary... you'd still be the same person, you'd still do the same things... you'd still have the same final destination... to one day stop existing
You should read some philosophical essays, the things people think are crazzyyy!!!! Made me feel less wiered about the strange thoughts that enter my mind on a daily basis!
If you want to know some of them, just ask :)

Maybe you subconsciously don't feel like your life is valuable. Maybe you would feel better if you volunteered somewhere . You could go to a retirement home and play cards or something like that with the people living there.
It would make you feel proud of yourself to have made someone's day happier and it would make you feel more valuable. I mean, how could someone who has just given their time to cheer someone up not exist.
Also, I have found that old people can be very smart and they have usually heard it all and are not judgmental. They would probably love to hear how you think and feel. They may have even felt the same way at one time or another.
Cheer up - you are not crazy.
P.S. "I think, therefore I am" was Descartes, not Aristotle

This is a product of existential angst and an overproduction of thoughts, which may be related to Schizophrenic disorders.
I'd say you keep yourself busy to keep that out of your head. There are lots of places where you contribute, like a preschool arts and crafts teacher, nursing home, hospital wards, or just plain community service.
Thoughts such as these are usually common among people, especially during the mid20s-30s, thinking about their future and pondering about their wasted time during juvenilehood. It is a result of their high focus on things that are yet to come and yet at the same time, they are extremely bored with their present life, feeling that they want adventure and stuff.

You have an over active imagination is all. And that is perfectly normal. I used to think (and sometimes still do) that my life is just a character in someones book. Then I'm like, geeze, who in the world is writing such a lousy book? lol.
You will stop obsessing about it once you realize that there is nothing wrong with you and you just simply have an overactive imagination. And really only you can come to that conclusion when you are ready.

Well you know when I have problems or questions of things I can't answer my self I talk to God about them I just ask him and he does really answer me sometimes not right that sec but he does give me an answer now you just may say this is silly but how silly is it really if you think your question is silly to ask I am not saying my self your question is silly to ask but I am just saying that you might think that but if you do think that how silly is it if you may think your question is silly and God does say nothing not one thing is to small for nor is anything to big for him to take care he can answer all and take care of all and if your don't know him well maybe you should try because he could and would make you feel real in every sense now you maybe saying how can one who I can not see do all that well you just must have faith just a bit and he will for he never ever fails now I am not trying to preach to you just trying to help because I know he can and will help and because that is what you have asked for and that's all I am doing so don't think its silly just try it and see what have you got to lose surely not feeling any less real then you do now

my friend , it's O.C.D. ( over compulsive disorder ) You can buy a book on it but the gist of it is , you have to fight it , You need to make yourself understand that these feeling aren't justified because there is no logical reason why it would happen . You basically have to rewire your brain into believing a different way .
It's not easy . ( That's an understatement ) but you must keep at it . You said it yourself , when you don't think about it , your fine and when you do , you're miserable .
Believe me . That's O.C.D.

I want to help you. Your words are help me I'm desperate and the most logical answer is to tell you to see someone who knows what they are talking about and have the resources to help you. Why can't you see a psychiatrist and get some relief from your anxiety? If you are worried about the expense every county has out-patient clinics that are free or nearly free. If you are just afraid to see someone, let me re-assure you that it is not terrible to have someone to confide in. You need someone who will listen quietly to you and give you feed-back on your concerns. I hope somehow I helped you, I wish I could offer more. Feel better soon.

Then I made it a factor to win the guess. 2 years later i'm nonetheless a winner and smoke loose.
