The proof would be instability in peoples lives that are found and seen everywhere.
All of the broken homes, violence, teenagers that have no way in life, and broken hearted people is proof that conflict and change are a product of what society has become in this day and age.
The major factor playing in a lot of this is caused by what ever a person may be going through on the inside. If a person is going through something that is to difficult for them to know how to handle or cope, they fall apart. Emotionally, many times falling apart will carry other people down with them when they fall. Could be friends, family etc.
With that, inequality is generated among vast numbers of people who seem to be going through the same thing, and maybe even on the same level.
The conflict and change could take place in different genres of life such as mental, physical, and spiritual.

By understanding that contradictions are a quality of the individual social personality and not always objectified and successful of objective interactions with other social individuals. The contradictions inherent in the individual require the conscious determinations of the psychic activity but are not always a guaranty of avoiding subjective activity that does not manage to solve the contradiction. Multiply this with many individual social personalities and you are going to have subjective situations reflecting this need to coordinate the contradictions. Conflict is just one of the many ways humanity coordinates with the contradictions subjectively.
