This is sort of personal, but i am going to ask this anyway because i am sure that there are a bunch of girls out there with the same exact problem as me. Here goes...
I am 14 years old. I am a size 13/14 in pants/skirts/jeans. I am not fat, but im not the skinniest person in the world. I find that low rise jeans on me are not attractive, and i am big boned. I usually buy shirts from Charolotte Russe, my shirt size is large or x-large, depending on the style of the shirt. I am wondering if anyone has any tips for me because i am not a junior size really. But i am not a plus size. I am sort of in the middle...its sorta difficult to find cute clothes. Anyone have any stores that they suggest?

I'm glad that you are somebody who is concious about the clothes you wear. Although I am not your size I know that DEB and Fashion Bug have plus sized stores even though you say you're not plus sized there are probably clothes that fit you fine. Charlotte Russe is a store whose demographic is mostly smaller girls, but yes you can find shirts in there.

Take your measurements, not just your size, and write them down.
JEANS:
Go to zafu.com, fill in some answers, and they will tell you what brand of jeans fit you, and where to buy them!
OTHER ITEMS:
Then go online to other stores that look promising - you will be able to look up your size for each, check out styles [ and sale/outlet stuff ], and maybe find something great.
P.S. Size 13/14 is not a plus size, you know - the average woman in America is 5'4", 160 pounds, and a size 14.

Find out if you have a Fashion Bug close to you. Most of them have a plus side. Sometimes I see clothes in the plus that they dont make in the smaller sizes cute as heck. Give it a shot. They usually are stylish to. For you to be 14 I know you want to be in style. Good luck.....

well low rise jeans are really not all that great on anyone. it is not cute to show your underwear to the world. try midrise jeans. they are still under your belly button, bt not so low that youe thong is out for public view.
as for stores, i am not sure if you have a torrid in your area or not, but they do have online shopping as well. they have very trendy clothes that start at size 14.

I have the Same problem,Same size and everything.I usally get my clothes from K-mart or a hand-me down shirts but I recently found stores like Bob's,Aj Right,and old navy.I'm still looking for that perfect outfit!

Hi, Try Target they have some very cute clothes for your size. I think you will be pleased with there clothes. At least in California they do. Lol Have fun shopping.. Lol

Old Navy is cheap, stylish and will w/o a doubt have clothes that fit. they sell the same jeans in a 0 through 22 or something like that. check out their website...i swear by them!

Try Express. They have great (a little expensive) tredy clothes for sizes 0-13. Be proud of your body little momma!

i know it isn't the coolest store in the world, but CATO's has some cute clothes that run in misses sizes (some cato's are only plus sizes, but the one here isn't) and KOHL's definetly has some cute clothes that are cheap too! i hardley ever buy anything that isn't on sale anyways so, they are both good stores! my favorite is American Eagle though! =D

ok well are you talking about size 13/14 girls or juniors?And low rise jeans never look good on bigger people..not even people who are over by 5 lbs..
